Feb 27th Sold out Chris Brown concert at the Allstate Arena. Concert starts at 7:30 PM. 
On Friday, February 27th the Allstate Arena in Rosemont Illinois will be hosting Chris Brown in Concert. Show time is 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:30 PM. This performance is a complete SELL-OUT. Inbound traffic for this show will be at the same time as normal rush-hour traffic and therefore, the Public Safety Department is expecting extremely heavy traffic before show. Heaviest traffic should be expected on most roadways around the arena, including the westbound I-90 (Jane Adams Tollway) approaching the Lee St. exit and both directions of Mannheim Road from the Kennedy Expressway (I-190) to Touhy Ave and on Lee St. over the I-90 (Jane Addams Tollway).
The Rosemont Public Safety Department is asking local media outlets to publicize this traffic alert and to strongly advise concert goers to allow significantly extra travel time to the Arena. The arena parking lot will be open early to accommodate early arrivals.
The Public Safety Department is recommending that motorists not attending the concert avoid the area around the Allstate Arena if at all possible until after the start time.
