Portsmouth City Office will open at 10 a.m. Friday, February 27th. 
Friday trash and recycling routes are scheduled to be collected on Friday. Due to icy road conditions in the neighborhoods, delays are possible. Residents are requested to leave containers out until they have been emptied.
