As per St. Francis Community Center:
St. Francis has received funding to assist those impacted by Super Storm Sandy. Applicants are eligible for this funding when their primary residence is under construction, house raised due to flood zone changes or experiencing costs involved in maintaining temporary housing.
Requirements for applicants:
- Primary residence: Forked River to Tuckerton
- Completed disaster relief intake
- Provide proof of income for household
- Provide identification
- Provide proof of FEMA eligibility
- Provide information about previous assistance
Applicants can obtain disaster relief applications at the Community Center front desk. The application process will begin upon the receipt of the above documents and the assessment of needs to determine eligibility for funding. All applicants will be contacted for an appointment.
