For nearly 30 years, R.A. "Chip" McIntosh has tirelessly served his community, his town and his state in the capacity of Police Officer, State Trooper and most recently as the Police Chief of the Town of Spindale.
The officers of The Spindale Police Department would like to extend our congratulations to Chip for a job well done and we would also like to thank him for being not only our Chief, but also a friend to many of us.
