Arrests
02/21/15 @ 2149 hrs- A Baldwin resident was arrested by the Malverne Police Department and charged with Harassment. The arresting officer did observe the defendant strike the victim on the left side of his face. The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of the strike. The defendant was arrested and transported to Malverne Police headquarters for arrest processing and released with an appearance ticket for First District Court.



Case Reports
02/21/15 @ 1449 hrs- A Rider Ave resident reported being the victim of an identity theft. The resident stated that person(s) unknown did use her identity to open a Chase Visa credit card and made 4 purchases totaling $10,588.80. The Malverne Police Department is investigating.

02/23/15 @1123 hrs- A North Cambridge St resident reported being the victim of an identity theft. The resident stated that person(s) unknown did make 12 unauthorized purchases using his debit card, totaling $1,087.28. The Malverne Police Department is investigating.
