Due to the frost movement, effective immediately, The City of Adams and The Village of Friendship are declaring a water emergency, and asking all residents and businesses to run their water until further notice. Run your water to the size of a pencil on at least one faucet in your house or business. At the next billing period you will receive a credit on your bill based on an average calculation.
