WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM EST THURSDAY.

* HAZARD TYPES: A STEADY ACCUMULATING SNOW POSSIBLY HEAVY AT TIMES FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY. A BRIEF PERIOD OF SLEET IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CHANGE TO A WINTRY MIX OF SLEET AND SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW EARLY TOMORROW MORNING.

* IMPACTS: WIDESPREAD AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPACTS ON TRAVEL ARE EXPECTED BEGINNING EARLY TOMORROW MORNING AND ESPECIALLY IMPACTING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
