Lawrence County - Earlier today, four men were arrested for Theft of Gasoline from the Lehigh Cement Company in Mitchell.
After receiving the theft complaint from Lehigh, State Police Detectives learned the company had previously employed investigative assistance from Advanced Investigative Solutions Inc. (AIS) of Simpsonville, Kentucky.
AIS was able to provide ISP Detective Zack Robbins with in depth information as a result of their investigation. With the cooperation of Lehigh and AIS, an ISP investigation ensued which included witness interviews and the execution of Lawrence County Search and Arrest Warrants.
ARRESTED -
Bryan Tolliver, 36 of Mitchell (Felony Theft)
Charles Livingston, 48 of Mitchell (Felony Theft)
Justin Henderson, 42 of Orleans (Misdemeanor Theft)
Daniel Brooks, 56 of Mitchell (Misdemeanor Theft)
All four were transported to and lodged at the Lawrence County Jail.
