Gallia County Level 3 Snow Emergency is still in effect. We will re-evaluate road condition early Friday morning. ODOT, County and Township road crews have been working to address road issues. Many areas have seen improvement, while others have not. Based on the snow covered areas, falling temperatures and water in low lying areas, we are continuing the Level 3 Snow Emergency. Authorities including the Gallia County Sheriff, Joseph R. Browning and EMA Director, Sherry Daines will re-evaluate the situation as soon as possible in the early morning hours.
