The Southern Pines Police Department announces the following arrest from a joint investigation conducted by the Moore County ABC/Narcotics Task Force and the Southern Pines Police Department into suspected narcotics activity. This arrest stems from the execution of a Search Warrant at 643 West Massachusetts Avenue, Southern Pines, North Carolina on March 4, 2015. As a result of this search, 4 grams of Crack Cocaine, 5 grams of Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was seized.

Kimyata Shanice Fairley, 33 years of age of Southern Pines, North Carolina was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Felony Possession of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Maintain Dwelling/Place to Keep Controlled Substances, Possess Less Than ½ Ounce of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kimyata Shanice Fairley appeared before a Moore County Magistrate where she was given a $25,000.00 secured bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on March 10, 2015.
