Missing Adults

On March 11, 2015 at about 12:30 a.m. the Corona Police Department was notified of two missing adult females by family members. Amanda Sanchez (22 yrs. of Murrieta) and Jasmine Jackson (23 yrs. of Corona) were both seen last at about 1:00 p.m. on March 10, 2015. Family members found Amanda’s car parked near the Skyline trailhead in Corona. Jasmine’s phone was found inside her car. Amanda’s phone was last used in Eastvale, but was turned off about 8:00 p.m. on March 10, 2015. Both girls are believed to be together and family think it’s unusual that the girls would go hiking at night.

At about 2:45 a.m. on 3-11-15, the Riverside Sheriff’s Department was called and deployed their Mountain Rescue Team to search the mountain area at the Skyline Trailhead. Riverside County also deployed bloodhound tracking dogs along with air support in an effort to locate Amanda and Jasmine. Anyone with information about Amanda or Jasmine is encouraged to call the Corona Police Department at (951) 736-2330, option 3.
