Announces Arrests For:
Felony Possession With Intent Sell/Deliver Marijuana; Felony Possession of Marijuana; Felony Maintain Dwelling/Place to Keep Controlled Substances, Sell/Deliver Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The Southern Pines Police Department announces the following arrests from a collaborative investigation conducted by the Southern Pines Police Department and the Moore County Sheriff’s Office. This investigation, which culminated with the arrests below, included a search of a home located at 560 West Main Avenue in Southern Pines, North Carolina. As a result of this investigation, 314 grams “high grade” marijuana, multiple items of drug paraphernalia and United States currency was seized.
Jason Lee House, 28 years of age of Southern Pines, North Carolina was arrested on March 12, 2015, and charged with the following offenses:
Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana (two counts), Felony Possession of Marijuana (two counts), Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substances, Sell/Deliver Marijuana, Conspire to Sell/Deliver Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jason Lee House appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was incarcerated at the Moore County Detention Center under a $10,000 secure bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on April 14, 2015.
Samuel Kane Owens, 20 years of age of Southern Pines, North Carolina was arrested on March 12, 2015, and charged with the following offenses:
Felony Possession of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Samuel Kane Owens appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was incarcerated at the Moore County Detention Center under a $5,000 secure bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on April 14, 2015.
