In December of 2014, WFPD Patrol Officers took a report from J and M Oil Services in reference to theft of various oil field equipment which valued approx $26,000.00. The property was subsequently located in a local scrap yard. Investigation by WFPD Detectives led to a warrant being issued for Wendell Bivens (04-19-85, age 29). The warrant on Bivens was served on 03-11-15 and he was arrested. Bond has been set at $50,000.00.
