The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flood Advisory for...Ripley County in southeast Indiana...
* Until 9:30 AM EDT.
* At 3:37 AM EDT...radar indicated that rain will continue across the
area early this morning. Some of this rain may be heavy at times.
* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets...highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition...farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
