02/27/15 WTPD arrested Yevgeniy Zakharchenko, age 19, of Brooklyn NY, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/27/15 at approximately 12:18 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for speeding on Rte. 31 N in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Zakarchenko’s arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Zakharchenko was also issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a court date.

02/28/15 WTPD arrested Essence Mackins, age 19, Monnae Smith, age 19, Tybree Washington, all of Trenton NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/28/15 at approximately 1:13 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for speeding on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in all three subject’s arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Mr. Washington and Ms. Smith were processed and released with court dates Ms. Mackins, also had a $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Trenton, was also issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, the possession of CDS motor in a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ms. Mackins was processed and released with a court date after posting bail.

03/04/15 WTPD arrested Michael Jones, age 30, of Washington NJ, for a $139.00 outstanding warrant out of Clinton Township. Mr. Jones was processed and released after posting bail.

03/04/15 WTPD arrested Philip Adams, age 54, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/04/15 at approximately 3:07 AM patrol was dispatched to the 300 block of Washburn Ave in Washington Township for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival, an investigation was conducted which resulted in Mr. Adams being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/05/15 WTPD arrested Jose Rodriguez, age 48, of Somerset NJ, for a $164.00 outstanding warrant out of East Winsor Township. Mr. Rodriguez was processed and released with a court date.

03/05/15 WTPD arrested Michael Romeak, age 56, of Washington NJ, for being a fugitive from justice wanted out of Pennsylvania. The WTPD received information from the Pike County Pennsylvania Sherriff’s Department regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Romeak. Officers responded to a residence in to 100 block of Changewater Rd. in Washington Township and took Mr. Romeak into custody on the fugitive from justice charges. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.

03/05/15 WTPD arrested Chris Johnson, age 40, of Easton Pa., for possession of CDS (synthetic marijuana) and for the obstruction of the administration of justice. On 03/05/15 at approximately 1:15 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Johnson’s arrest for providing a false name and date of birth to the officer and for being in possession of synthetic marijuana. Mr. Johnson was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the maintenance of lamps, failure to maintain lanes, driving with a suspended license and for the possession of CDS motor in a motor vehicle. Mr. Johnson was processed and lodged n the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

03/06/15 WTPD arrested Justin Bestrain, age 35, of Washington NJ, for a $200.00 outstanding warrant out of Red Bank. Mr. Bestrain was processed and released after posting bail.

03/06/15 WTPD arrested Marcus Presley, age 49, of Rahway NJ, for a $168.00 outstanding warrant out of Linden NJ. Mr. Presley was processed and released after posting bail.

03/07/15 WTPD arrested Donald Gallagher, age 36, of Roselle NJ, for resisting arrest, obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Gallagher was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1500.00 bail.

03/07/15 at approximately 9:23 AM WTPD officers responded to a residence in the 10 block of Axford Ave in Oxford Township, NJ for a female patient who was in labor. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located the patient and assisted the Hunterdon Medics in the delivery of a healthy baby girl. Both mother and child were transported by the Oxford Emergency Squad to Hunterdon Medical Center for treatment.

03/07/15 WTPD arrested Tiffany Mann, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a $510.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Ms. Mann was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

03/07/15 WTPD arrested Christina Kansky, age 51, of Washington NJ, for criminal mischief. Ms. Kansky was processed and released with a court date.

03/07/15 WTPD arrested Glenn Kansky, age 51, of Washington NJ, for criminal mischief. Mr. Kansky was processed and released with a court date.

03/09/15 WTPD arrested Robert Zimmerman, age 30, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1190.00 out of Washington Borough. Mr. Zimmerman was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

03/09/15 WTPD arrested Robert Russell, age 63, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $2500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Russell was processed and released after posting bail.

03/10/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 49, of Columbia NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1247.00 out of Washington Borough, Mansfield Township and Hackettstown. Mr. Polgar was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

03/11/15 WTPD arrested Mark Berry, age 38, of Washington NJ, for a contempt of a court order. Mr. Berry was processed and released with a court date.

03/11/15 WTPD arrested Alfred Ray, age 40, of Lawnside NJ. On 03/11/15 at approximately 10:24 AM, patrol was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle the area of Gibson Pl. in Washington Borough. The officer located the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Rte. 31 and Van Buren St. The officer’s investigation resulted in the vehicle passenger, Mr. Ray, arrest for the obstruction of the administration of justice, hindering apprehension, a (NCIC) fugitive from justice warrant out of Camden County Sheriff’s Department and outstanding warrants totaling $2900.00 out of Carnes Point and Camden NJ. Mr. Ray was processed lodged in the WC Jail.
03/11/15 WTPD arrested Nicholas Fazekas, age 22, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/11/15 at approximately 10:15 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for a fictitious license plate on Mine Hill Rd in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Fazekas’ arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the fictitious license plate and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/11/15 WTPD arrested Michael Maratta, age 18, of Hampton NJ,and two juvenile males ages 15 and 17 both of High Bridge NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/11/15 at approximately 5:29 PM, patrol checked a suspicious motor vehicle in the A & P Plaza Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the trio’s arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. One juvenile was additionally charged with obstruction of the administration of justice. The juveniles were released to their parents with a pending court date in Warren County Superior Court. Mr. Maratta issued motor vehicle summonses for probationary driver restrictions and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/12/15 WTPD arrested Keith Subbe, age 34, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants out of Phillipsburg. Mr. Subbe was processed and released after posting bail.
