This special test of the state EAS system will be to conduct a statewide Tornado Drill at 10:15 am EDT and 7:35 pm EDT on Thursday, March 19, 2015. This test is part of the National Weather Service ‘Severe Weather Preparedness Week,’ as designated by the Governor of Indiana. It should be noted that if there is any chance of severe weather anywhere in Indiana that day, the special test will be postponed to Friday, March 20, 2015.
