Upland Police Department Investigates two gang related shootings. The first on 3/20/15 and the second on 3/26/15.

SUSPECT: Musquedo, Arthur AGE: 20 CITY OF RESIDENCE: Pomona
VICTIM: Male AGE: 25 CITY OF RESIDENCE: Pomona
On March 20, 2015 at about 2:15 pm two subjects were arguing in the 900 block of N. Central Ave. The victim walked across the street to a liquor store where the suspect confronted him again. The two began to fight. During the fight, the suspect shot the victim once in the abdomen. The suspect fled in a vehicle.
The victim’s wounds were not life-threatening. He was transported to the hospital.
Both the victim and the suspect have ties to different Pomona gangs.
The suspect, Musquedo, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’5” tall, thin build with a shaved head and brown eyes.
The Upland Police Department is actively looking for Musquedo. The suspect vehicle has been recovered by the Upland Police Department.

VICTIM: MALE AGE: 27 CITY OF RESIDENCE: Upland
On March 26, 2015 at about 4:00 pm the victim was walking to his car in the alley of the 300 block of W. Amber Ct. The suspect fired several shots at the victim and then fled on foot. The victim was shot twice.
The victim’s wounds were not life-threatening.
The victim has ties to a Pomona gang and the suspect has ties to an Ontario gang.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, early 20’s, 5’10” tall, 210 pounds with a short black afro.
