The Southern Pines Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community identifying a person of interest.
On Thursday April 2, 2015, at approximately 1:30 pm, the male in the attached photographs was observed concealing items while inside the Belk Department Store located at 10205 U.S. Highway 15/501 in Southern Pines. After exiting the store without paying for the concealed items, the male in the attached photographs fled from Belk “Loss Prevention Officers” dropping one of the several items that were taken. The male in the attached photographs was observed entering a white Hyundai Elantra which was displaying a temporary 30 day license plate and was occupied by several other accomplices who are persons of interest as well.
