On April 3rd, 2015 at 11:25 PM in the alleyway at 2200 E Capitol Dr., an armed robbery and carjacking was reported. Victim was approached from behind and beaten over the head with a dark colored revolver and another unknown object. Victim’s personal property and vehicle were stolen. Several minutes later, Whitefish Bay officers observed the stolen vehicle and a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit subsequently ended in Whitefish Bay and two male subjects were taken into custody shortly afterward. A third subject has since been located at his residence in the City of Milwaukee and has also been taken into custody. The actors in this incident are believed to be tied to multiple similar incidents in other areas of Milwaukee County. We ask that you please be aware of your surroundings at all times. Additionally and do not leave your keys in a parked vehicle or leave the vehicle running and unattended. As always, please report any suspicious activity you see to the Shorewood Police Department.
