Please be on alert that a report has been taken with the Prairie Grove Police Dept. involving a phone scam. The individuals running this scam claim to be representatives from Commonwealth Edison Company. They state that unless you pay immediately your electrical power will be disconnected. The individuals involved in this telephone scam give specific directions on how you are to pay, the latest method being through a Pay Pal Card which they tell you how to purchase.
Please report any suspicious activity to the Prairie Grove Police Department.
