Community Advisory: Burns Ditch Prescribed (Rx) Burn TODAY-SUN-12-APRIL-East-side of Ogden Dunes to Burns Bitch/Portage Lakefront Park 
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore/NPS Fire Management office will conduct the BURNS DITCH prescribed (Rx) burn TODAY, Sunday, April 12, 2015.
The burn area is between Ogden Dunes going east toward Burns Ditch/Portage Lakefront Park; including areas east of Hillcrest Road, behind the Ogden Dunes Fire and Street Departments, along Boat Club Road, south of Bittersweet Lane and between Aspen Road (north), Skyline Drive (south), east of 1/2 Turret Road, east of 1/2 Ogden Road, and east of 1/2 Shore Drive; subject to appropriate weather conditions.
Ogden Dunes Volunteer Fire Department will be coordinating and cooperating with Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
