NEWS RELEASE: Mercersburg youth charged with Retail Theft 
On March 24, 2015, seventeen (17) three month XBOY Live Gold Membership cards valued at $425.83 were stolen from the Mercersburg Food Lion Grocery Store. The Mercersburg Police Department was notified of the retail theft.
The Mercersburg Police conducted an investigation and through the investigation established a Mercersburg 13 year old male took the XBOY cards.
On April 13, 2015, the Mercersburg Police Department filed a Juvenile Allegation with the Franklin County Juvenile Probation Department, 425 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg, PA charging the 13 year old male with Retail Theft, a Misdemeanor of the Degree
