03/22/15 WTPD arrested Anthony Juliano, age 28, of Phillipsburg NJ, on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

03/23/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Ziegler, age 25, of Scranton Pa, for contempt of a Superior Court order. Mr. Ziegler was processed and turned over to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Unit.

03/23/14 WTPD arrested Alexandria Peterson, age 19, of Stewartsville NJ, for possession of CDS (prescription legend drugs). Ms. Peterson was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

03/24/15 WTPD arrested Alicia Kemple, age 26, of Oxford NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. On 03/24/15 at approximately 1:24 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for speeding on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Ms. Kemple failed to provide the officer with her documents and became belligerent. When the officer attempted to place Ms. Kemple under arrest she resisted and struggled with the officer until she was taken into custody. Ms. Kemple was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00.

03/26/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Emerich, age 21, of Flemington NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Greenwich Township. Mr. Emerich was processed and released with a court date.

03/27/15 WTPD arrested Sarah Resch, age 19, of Belvidere NJ, possession of CDS (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/27/15 at approximately 11:25 PM, patrol conduced a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The motor vehicle stop resulted in Ms. Resch being charged with possession of (CDS) under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Resch was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. She was released with a court date.

03/28/15 WTPD arrested Shawn Daken, age 18, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/28/15 at approximately 12:37 AM patrol checked a suspicious vehicle parked in the Mid-Town parking lot on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Daken being charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/28/15 WTPD arrested Michael Shenouda, age 34, of Breinigsville NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $720.00 out of Washington Borough and Pohatcong Township. Mr. Shenouda was processed and released after posting bail.

03/28/15 WTPD arrested Justin Eyet, age 27, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2480.00 out of Wall Township and the City of Clifton. On 03/28/15 at approximately 4:30 AM, patrol was checking a business that had a broken window in the 40 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer encountered Mr. Eyet and a check revealed the outstanding warrants. Mr. Eyet was processed and released with a new court date.

03/28/15 WTPD arrested Ricardo Santos, age 36, of Washington NJ, for a $250.00 warrant out of Clinton Township. Mr. Santos was processed and released after posting bail.

03/28/15 WTPD arrested Sean Davis, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a $814.00 warrant out of Greenwich Township. On 03/28/15 at approximately 7:30 PM, patrol checked Mr. Davis who was on the Warren Hills Regional Middle School Property Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. The officer confirmed the outstanding warrant for Mr. Davis who was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Davis was processed and released with a new court date.

03/29/15 WTPD arrested Michael McCrystal, age 20, Arthur Clauson, age 18 and Francis McCrystal age 50, all of Oxford NJ. On 03/29/15 at approximately 2:53 AM, patrol was dispatched to an address in the 60 block of Shippen Ridege in Oxford Township for a dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in all three subjects being charged with a local ordinance of obstruction of a law enforcement officer. Michael McCrystal was additionally charged with simple assault. All three individuals were released with court dates.

03/29/15 WTPD arrested Michael Myers, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/29/15 at approximately 3:00 AM, patrol was dispatched to a report of noise complaints at a residence in the 60 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival in the area he located the residence making the noise and issued Mr. Myers a summons for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Myer was processed and released with a court date.

03/29/15 WTPD arrested Robert Torres, age 35, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/29/15 at approximately 2:50 PM, patrol observed a several four wheelers (ATV) operating without a helmet driving on public and private property along Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with one of the ATV operators, Mr. Torres, who was issued a local ordinance summons for marinating a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/30/15 WTPD arrested Ryan Whipple, are 31, of Hackettstown NJ, for shoplifting. On 03/30/15 at approximately 4:10 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township on a vehicle wanted for shoplifting out of Greenwich Township. The driver, Mr. Whipple, was issued several motor vehicle summonses and turned over to Greenwich Township PD.

03/31/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Woodburn, age 21, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/31/15 at approximately 9:17 PM, officers were dispatched to Bense Court in Washington Township for a dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Woodburn being charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

04/01/15 WTPD arrested Joshua Taylor, age 31, of Washington NJ, for burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and contempt of a court order. Mr. Taylor was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $3000.00 bail.

04/01/15 WTPD arrested Robert Bronish, age 53, and Lee Hardwick, age 62, both of Washington NJ. On 04/01/15 at approximately 9:30 AM, patrol responded to the Roaring Rock Park in Washington Township for a report of illegal dumping. The responding officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Bronish and Mr. Hardwick being charged with local ordinance for illegal dumping. They were issued summonses with court dates.

04/02/15 WTPD arrested Phillip Remig, age 23, of Stewartsville NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Warren County Superior Court. On 04/02/15 at approximately 4:24 PM, patrol observed a Warren County Wanted Person operating a motor vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer arrested Mr. Remig, for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/03/15 WTPD arrested April Adam, age 40, of Easton Pa, for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Ms. Adam was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

04/03/15 WTPD arrested Suzanne Tyson, are 50, of Pipersville Pa., for an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of White Township. On 04/03/15 at approximately 8:22 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The officer arrested Ms. Tyson for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for an unclear license plate and released with a new court date.

04/03/15 WTPD arrested Robert Black, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Black was processed and released with a court date.

04/04/15 WTPD arrested Jennifer Voigt, age 32, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. Ms. Voigt was processed and released with a court date.

04/04/15 WTPD arrested Esco Blaylock, age 19, Gary Marcello, age 18, Jessy Heft, age 18, all of Washington NJ, and Nigel Wade-Taylor, age 18, of Bethlehem Pa.. On 04/04/15 at approximately 10:455 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 30 block of Forces Hill Rd. in Washington Township for a suspicious vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with the vehicle and its occupants. The officer’s investigation resulted in all of the subjects being charged with (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were processed and released with a court date.

04/04/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Paerpall, age 45, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Perpall was processed and released with a court date.

04/07/15 WTPD arrested William Wolff, age 59, of Washington NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 04/07/15 at approximately 8:14 PM, patrol was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at Broad St. and Rte. 31 in Washington Township. The investigation resulted in Mr. Wolff’s arrest for (DUI). He was processed and charged with DUI and careless driving. He was released with a court date.

04/08/15 WTPD arrested John Stasyshyn, age 60, of Hampton NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Pennsylvania Sheriffs Department. On 04/08/15 at approximately 9:49 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer arrested Mr. Stasyshyn for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/08/15 WTPD arrested Thomas Nolan, age 30, of Blairstown NJ, for outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough and Newark. Mr. Nolan was processed and released after posting bail.

04/08/15 WTPD arrested Thomas Pandorf, age 26, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. Mr. Pandorf was processed and released after posting bail.
