2015 National Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week 
During the week of April 12-18, the Corona Police Department is proud to support and show appreciation to our hard-working men and women of the Corona Animal Services and Enforcement Unit as we celebrate the 2015 Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week. These employees devote huge amounts of time and resources, while they serve the Corona community.
The challenges and rewards of a job in Animal Control are extensive. Animal Control Officers and other employees in the field of Animal Control, strive to serve the public as first responders to protect the health and safety of humans and animals.
This is the week that these hard working and dedicated Animal Control Officers, and employees, can be honored by having the whole community, and Police Department say, "Thank You" for doing such a great job throughout the year.
