On April 14, 2015, E-911 received a call from an individual requesting medical assistance at 368 Drivers Chapel Road just outside Elkton City limits. Elkton Police, Giles County Emergency Medical Services and Giles County Sheriff's Department personnel responded. After arrival on the scene it was determined that thirty-one year old Deborah Dionne Cosby had been a victim of homicide. Investigators with the Sheriff's Department obtained a search warrant for the property and residence at 368 Drivers Chapel Road. Joseph Reginald Bradley, thirty-one years old, who resides at 368 Drivers Chapel Road was taken from the scene to the Sheriff's Department and later charged with first degree murder. Mr. Bradley is scheduled to appear in Giles County General Sessions Court on April 23, 2015. Mr. Bradley is being held at the Giles County Jail with bail set at $1,000,000.00.
