The Marion Police Department arrest a mother and daughter team for the larceny of a purse from Walmart. Sgt. Rick Gutierrez of the Marion Police Department arrested Felicia Alia Rush, 23 years old and Tonja Rush Beheri, 47 years old both from Open Valley Rd in Marion. Both Rush and Baheri were charged with 16 counts of Obtaining Property By False Pretense and 14 counts of Identity. Both Rush and Baheri are in McDowell County Jail.
