N Earl Rudder at Hwy 21 now open 
AVOID N Earl Rudder at Hwy 21 for the next 2 hours due to rollover accident NB lanes shut down and traffic is being diverted to the feeder
Truck towing trailer was traveling northbound on North Earl Rudder Frwy just past Hwy 21 attempted to change lanes when the trailer started swerving due to unbalanced load. The truck lost control and rolled in the median ending up in the northbound lanes on the hood. The driver received minor injuries and did not receive medical treatment while the passenger was transported to St. Joseph Hospital with serious injuries. Roadway now open
