Portsmouth, VA – Investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Portsmouth Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an armed suspect who is sought for the robbery of 8 businesses and the attempted robbery of one business in Portsmouth, VA. The robberies were committed between April 10, 2015 and April 19, 2015. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

The description of the suspect(s) is as follows: Black male, six feet tall approximately, weighing approximately 180lbs. The suspect(s) were armed with a handgun.

A reward of up to $5000 is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect. Additionally, the Portsmouth Crime Line is also offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
