On April 22, 2015 at approximately 9:14 p.m., the Los Banos Police Department responded to an apartment complex in the 500 Block of I Street after receiving multiple reports of shots fired.
Officers arrived and contacted two adult females, ages 33 and 25, who reported being approached by a Hispanic male armed with a firearm. The females reported the suspect was searching for another male he believed was at the complex. As the suspect left the area he reportedly fired his weapon at the victims and was observed leaving the area in an unknown direction.
No injuries were reported in this case and Detectives believe this was a gang related incident. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Eduardo Solis at (209) 827-7070 ext. 137.
