On Saturday, April 25, 2015 the annual event, Rutgers Day, will take place on most of the campuses of Rutgers University in New Brunswick. During Rutgers Day everyone will get a glimpse of all the exciting things happening at New Jersey’s state university. There are free performances, exhibits, interactive programs, demonstrations and more on the Cook/Douglass, College Avenue and Busch campuses from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
No parking will be permitted on the following areas beginning at 4:00AM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 and all vehicles parked in violation are subject to ticket and tow at owner’s expense:
• Hamilton Street between George Street and College Avenue
• Seminary Place between George Street and College Avenue
• Lipman Drive
THE FOLLOWING ROAD CLOSURES WILL TAKE PLACE IN NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ:
• Hamilton Street will be closed between George Street and College Avenue from 6AM until approximately 5PM
• College Farm Road will be closed at Route 1 from 8AM until approximately 5PM
• Lipman Drive will be closed from the entrance to the Douglass Parking Deck to Nichol Avenue from 8AM until approximately 5PM
• Senior Street between College Avenue and Sicard Street will be closed from 9:30AM until approximately 11:30AM
