On 4-30-15 the Marion Police Department received a report of a possible statutory rape and statutory sex offense of a minor. Upon investigation Sgt. Rick Gutierrez charged Larry Gene Fox with 4 counts of Statutory Sex Offense and 2 counts of Statutory Rape. Larry Fox is currently held in McDowell jail under a $400,000 secured bond. Fox has a first appearance on 5-4-15.
