SUBJECT: Two students absent from custody within the last hour from the Clarinda Academy! (Update)
At approximately 8:45 a.m. Clarinda Police took a report of a 2007 white Toyota Camry with Kansas registration plates, character balance unknown, being stolen from a residence in the 900 block of North 15th Street. The Camry has ERI graphics on the sides. It is believed that the two students who were reported absent from the Clarinda Academy earlier this morning at 2:00 a.m. are in possession of the stolen Toyota Camry. If this vehicle is observed contact your law enforcement agency by calling 911.
***It should be noted that a criminal charge/complaint is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. ***
