Inaugural PHPD FOP Lodge #154 Family Fishing Event was fun for all! 
The Palos Heights Police FOP Lodge #154 would like to thank the community, volunteers, and everyone that attended the Inaugural Family Fishing Event, which was held on Saturday, May 9th, 2015 at Lake Katherine.
Special thanks to the Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanical Garden, Fullers Car Wash, Noral Jewelers, Lucky Burrito, and Running for Kicks for their donations and support.
Congratulations to the following winners:
Biggest Fish - Jim Mowatt (2.8lb Largemouth Bass)
Smallest Fish - Abby Kustak (1oz, 4.25" Bluegill)
Most Fish - Connor Celauro (75 Bluegill)
Due to the overwhelming positive responses we received from this event, we plan on hosting this event again next year, date/time to be determined but keep an eye out.
