Local road condition update, 66 to Itasca remains flooded. Barton and Wiggins are now clear and the bridges are open. 
Barton road is clear, and both bridges are open. There is no standing water anywhere on Barton Road.
Wiggins road is clear, there is some standing water but only on one half of the roadway, the bridge is clear and open.
FM 66 past Butler remains closed, there is a patch of standing water about 1/4 mile past the signs, but after that there is a large section of roadway with 8-10 inches of water flowing across it. DO NOT drive through it, several vehicle have tried and gotten stuck.
