WFPD Arrest Suspect in the City View Area for Burglary 
Today, at approximately 2:28 pm, officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department responded to the 1000 block of City View Lane in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation in progress. Officers met with the owner who stated no one should be at the residence.
Officers setup a perimeter before making entry into the residence. Once inside the residence officers located 36 year old Paul Edward Hicks Jr of Wichita Falls inside the residence. Officers located evidence outside of the residence indicating Hicks was stealing items from the residence. During a search incident to arrest officers located items in Hicks' possession that were taken from the residence to include credit cards.
Hicks was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation.
