04/28/15 WTPD arrested Angelo Fieno, age 52, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $750.00 out of Hackettstown and Maplewood NJ. On 04/28/15 at approximately 7:26 PM, patrol checked a suspicious vehicle on Norfolk Southern Property on Washburn Ave in Washington Township. The investigation revealed that Mr. Fieno had outstanding warrants. Mr. Fieno was processed and turned over to Hackettstown PD.
04/28/15 WTPD arrested Laura Rodriguez, age 32, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/28/15 at approximately 8:01 PM, patrol was dispatched to Domino’s 16 W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a woman causing a disturbance. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Rodriguez being charged with a local ordinance. She was processed and released with a court date.
04/29/15 WTPD arrested James Langston, age 30, of Milford NJ, for an outstanding $250.00 warrant out of Hillside NJ. On 04/29/15 at approximately 5:56 PM, patrol was dispatched to a minor motor vehicle accident on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the one driver, Mr. Langston, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Langston was processed and released with a new court date.
04/29/15 WTPD arrested Megan Acosta, age 21, of Oxford NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 04/29/15 at approximately 9:18 AM, patrol received information that a female wanted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department was at a residence in the 40 block of Pine St. in Oxford Township. Patrol responded to the location and arrested Ms. Acosta without incident for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
04/29/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 49, of Columbia NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1300.00 out of Roxbury Township and Washington Borough. On 04/29/15 at approximately 3:40 PM, patrol observed Mr. Polgar, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Polgar, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Polgar was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
05/02/15 WTPD arrested William Pellechia, age 40, of Washington NJ, and Richard Bell, age 53, of Labelle Pa. On 05/02/15 at approximately 12:26 AM, patrol was dispatched to Scotty’s Stadium Club 15 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, the men were standing on the sidewalk yelling at each other. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Pellechia and Mr. Bell being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a court date.
05/02/15 at approximately 9:39 PM WTPD patrol responded to a residence in the 30 block of Forces Hill Rd. in Washington Township, NJ for a man experiencing a drug over dose. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located a 35 year old male who was unconscious and not breathing. The officer determined that the man was experiencing a drug over dose and quickly administered the anti-opioid drug, Narcan. The man regained consciousness and was transported by the Washington Emergency Squad to St. Luke’s Hospital (Warren) for treatment.
05/02/15 WTPD arrested Jamie Lemelledo, age 36, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/02/15 at approximately 9:56 AM, Ms. Lemelledo responded to WTPD headquarters for a motor vehicle escort to a location in Oxford Township. Prior to the escort, a check of the registration revealed that the vehicle was unregistered and uninsured. Upon Ms. Lemelledo learning that her vehicle was unregistered and uninsured and she became disorderly. The officer charged Ms. Lemelledo with disorderly conduct, for a local ordinance violation for maintaining a nuisance. She was also issued several motor vehicle summonses and her vehicle was impounded. Ms. Lemelledo was processed and released with a court date.
05/03/15 WTPD arrested Nicole Nieves, age 22, and Haley Ramirez, age 28, both of Washington NJ, and Danielle Eckert, age 22, of Whitehouse NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/03/15 at approximately 7:03 AM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the block of W. Church St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in all three being issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released a with a court date.
05/03/15 WTPD arrested Tammy Foglia, age 28, of Bloomsbury NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township. Ms. Foglia was processed and released after posting bail.
05/03/15 WTPD arrested Michael Labar, age 41, of Washington NJ, for a $5000.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark. Mr. Labar was processed and released with a court date.
05/03/15 WTPD arrested William Shannon, age 33, of Washington NJ, for (11) counts of forgery, (11) counts of forged writing, theft of moveable property, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Shannon had issued the stolen checks at business in Washington Borough and Washington Township. At the time of his arrest, Mr. Shannon was in possession of the hypodermic needles and the drug paraphernalia. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail.
05/03/15 WTPD arrested Blake Dewey, age 52, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/03/15 at approximately 3:57 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute between a patron and an employee at the Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Blake being issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released a with a court date.
05/04/15 WTPD arrested Robert Berry, age 61, of Washington NJ, for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Township. Mr. Berry was processed and turned over to Mansfield Township PD.
05/05/15 WTPD arrested Richard Catena, age 36, and Gloria Vandillewyn, age 87, both of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance violation of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/05/15 at approximately 12:04 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute at the Family Dollar 30 Rte. 31 S in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Catena and Ms. Vandillewyn being issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released a with court dates.
05/05/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Perpall, age 46, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Perpall was processed and released with a court date.
05/05/15 WTPD arrested Holly Belmonte, age 42, of Washington NJ, for a $70.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Ms. Belmonte was processed and released with a court date.
05/05/15 WTPD arrested John Erzak, age 42, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $378.00 out of the Towns of Clinton and Phillipsburg. Mr. Erzak was processed and released after posting bail.
05/05/15 WTPD arrested Kevin Klimko, age 31, of Washington NJ, for a $100.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township (Morris Cty.). On 05/05/15 at approximately 11:30 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. A records check revealed that Mr. Klimko had an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.
05/06/15 WTPD arrested Austin Galante, age 20, of Washington NJ, for harassment and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 5/06/15 at approximately 4:37 AM, patrol was alerted to an ongoing problem with Mr. Galante revering his vehicle’s engine on Woodhouse Way in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Galante being issued summonses for harassment and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance.
05/07/15 WTPD arrested Russell Ryan, age 55, of Washington NJ, for a $113.00 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Township. On 05/07/15 at approximately 7:45 AM, patrol stopped Mr. Ryan for an equipment violation on Flower Ave in Washington Borough. A records check revealed that Mr. Ryan had an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released after posting bail.
