I am pleased to announce that the Winhall Police & Rescue Department has been chosen As the "First Responder of the Year" by the Vermont Department of Health.
The police officers and volunteers that comprise the squad continually show a high level of commitment and dedication to the service of Winhall and our neighboring communities through our efforts not only as police officers, but also as EMTs and first responders. It is a great honor to be recognized on a state wide level and I am very proud of these police and EMS professionals!
