Traffic Advisory
To the residents on Calaveras St, Maiden Ln, and Boston St., the Altadena Sheriff’s Station will be conducting Active Shooter Training at Eliot Arts Magnet Academy, 2184 N Lake Ave, Altadena on June 9th, 2015 from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
This training will include the Los Angeles County Fire Department, specialized units from the Sheriff’s Department along with a helicopter.
Calaveras St. will be restricted to residents only, with identification between Lake Ave. and Maiden Ln. For the residents of Calaveras Ln., please park your vehicles in your driveways due to numerous emergency vehicles parked on the street. Residents will be able to access their homes during all hours of this training, but delays should be expected.
The Altadena Sheriff’s Station thanks the citizens living in the area for their cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this training may cause.
