Non-Compliant registered sex offender wanted out of Steuben County. 
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a wanted non-compliant registered sex offender. On 05/19/2015 and arrest warrant was issued by the Steuben County Superior Court charging 29 year old Matthew Ray Epperson with one count of failure to register as a sex or violent offender following a Steuben County Sheriff’s Office investigation. Epperson is a white male standing 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He as brown eyes and brown hair but it is believed that his hair may possibly be green, and he may wear glasses. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Matthew Ray Epperson is asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or Steuben County Crime Stoppers.
**Any criminal charge is merely an accusation. The Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.**
