Missing At Risk Adult Antonio Hernandez - Moreno Valley Has been Located

On Friday, May 22, 2015, at approximately 7:48 PM, the Moreno Valley Police Department was informed that Antonio Hernandez had returned home. Officers responded to his residence in the 26000 block of Tasman Street, Moreno Valley, where they confirmed Mr. Hernandez was in good health. After speaking with Mr. Hernandez, officers determined he had become disoriented earlier in the day, and no foul play is suspected.
On Friday, May 22, 2015, around 10:04 AM, officers with the Moreno Valley Police Department were dispatched to a report of an at risk missing person in the 26000 block of Tasman Street, city of Moreno Valley.
Officers with the Moreno Valley Police Department are requesting the public's assistance in attempting to locate Antonio Hernandez. He was last seen at his residence on Tasman Street on May 21, 2015 about 5:00 am. Mr. Hernandez is diabetic and is not in possession of his medication at this time.
It is unknown what he was wearing. He is described as a 55-year-old, Hispanic male adult, one hundred and sixty-five pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
