05/20/15 WTPD arrested Philip Gyuricza, age 55, of Washington NJ, for theft of moveable property and disorderly conduct. On 05/20/15 at approximately 9:39 PM, patrol was dispatched to a reported theft in the 20 block of W. Warren St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigations led to Mr. Gyuricza being charged with theft of moveable property and disorderly conduct. Mr. Gyuricza was processed and released with a court date.
05/20/15 WTPD arrested Jason Nicoletti, age 27, and Jason Aversa, age 20, both of Milford NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/20/15 at approximately 9:18 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Nocolettii and Mr. Aversa arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Nicoletti was also issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps, unregistered motor vehicle and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Both subjects were processed and released with a court dates.
05/20/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 49, of Washington NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Polgar was processed and released with a new court date.
05/21/15 WTPD arrested Timothy Fields, age 20, of Oxford NJ and Victor Lara, age 23, of Eason Pa., for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/21/15 at approximately 12:50 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on N. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Fields and Mr. Lara arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Fields was also issued motor vehicle summonses for unclear/fictitious license plates, failure to inspect and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Both subjects were processed and released with a court dates.
05/21/15 WTPD arrested Craig Dragone, age 44, of Belvidere NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Dragone was processed and released with a new court date.
05/21/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 49, of Washington NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Roxbury Township. Mr. Polgar was processed and turned over to Roxbury Township PD.
05/21/15 WTPD arrested Holly Stratford, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/21/15 at approximately 3:37 AM, patrol was dispatched to a burglary to residence in 100 block of Washburn Ave in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Stratford being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance for a fictitious burglary call in order to have an intoxicated person removed from her home. She was processed and released with a court date.
05/22/15 WTPD arrested Holly Belmonte, age 42, of Washington NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Ms. Belmonte was processed and released with a court date.
05/22/15 WTPD arrested Vashona Blanchard, age 40, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Union Township. Ms. Blanchard was processed and released after posting bail.
05/23/15 WTPD arrested William Zimmerman, age 57, of Oxford NJ, for simple assault and harassment. Mr. Zimmerman was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail.
05/23/15 WTPD arrested Mark Madesn, age 29, of Eason Pa., for burglary, hindering apprehension and criminal mischief. On 05/23/15 at approximately 4:01 PM, patrol was dispatched to a burglary in progress to a residence in 80 block of S. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Madsen was arrested and charged with burglary, hindering apprehension and criminal mischief. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.
05/23/15 WTPD arrested a juvenile male, of Bloomsbury NJ, possession of (CDS) marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 5/23/15 at approximately 11:06 PM, officers were dispatched to a reported illegal open burn in the 80 block of Washington Township. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, a juvenile male was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on juvenile delinquency complaints. He was processed and released to a parent.
05/24/15 WTPD arrested Tina Gochmonosky, age 44, of West Creek NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and for an outstanding $576.00 warrant out of Little Egg Harbor NJ. On 05/24/15 at approximately 9:55 PM, patrol was dispatched to the area of Belvidere Ave and Green St. in Washington Borough for a dispute in progress. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Gochmonosky being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and further investigation revealed an outstanding warrant. Ms. Gochmonosky was processed and released with court dates.
05/24/15 WTPD arrested Cagney Moog, age 29, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/24/15 at approximately 2:00 AM, patrol was alerted to 40 block of Youmans Ave in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Moog being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.
05/24/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Bosch, age 55, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/24/15 at approximately 10:17 AM, patrol observed Mr. Bosch on Rte.31 N. in Washington Borough creating a dangerous situation and nearly causing a motor vehicle accident. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Bosch being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.
05/25/15 at approximately 12:36 PM WTPD patrol responded to a residence in the first block of Old Forge in Oxford Township, NJ for a structure fire. Upon the officer’s arrival, heavy smoke conditions were observed and a short time later the house became fully engulfed. Prior to patrol’s arrival, all occupants had safely exited the residence.
The fire companies from Oxford Township, Washington Borough, Washington Township, Belvidere, Tri-County, Hackettstown, Harmony Township, Franklin Township, Liberty Township, Independence Township and Mansfield Township responded to battle the blaze. Oxford, Washington and Independence Emergency Squads also responded.
The fire appears to have been accidental however the incident is still under investigation.
05/26/15 WTPD arrested Brandon Byron, age 25, of Carteret NJ, for outstanding warrants out of Clark and Rahway. Mr. Byron was processed and released with a new court date.
05/26/15 WTPD arrested Henry Hicks, age 54, of Asbury NJ, for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Wanaque Borough. Mr. Hicks was processed and released after posting bail.
