Pleasanton Police Arrest Auto Theft Suspect 
STOLEN VEHICLE PURSUIT
On May 31st at 11:15 p.m., Pleasanton police officers located an occupied stolen vehicle leaving the parking lot of Chevron, 1797 Santa Rita Road, occupied by two males and two females. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle when the driver fled resulting in a vehicle pursuit.
The pursuit started in Pleasanton, continued onto the freeway and ended in Livermore at Isabel Avenue and Vineyard Avenue after the vehicle ran out of gas. The driver, Joshua Millard, was arrested and the three passengers were identified and released. Millard was on parole and admitted to stealing the vehicle. There were no damages or injuries during the pursuit.
