LASD funeral today. Expect traffic delays and low flying helicopter. 
On Saturday, June 6, 2015, there will be an LASD Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) / Emergency Services Detail (ESD) funeral for a retired ESD Sergeant. Services will be conducted at Rolling Hills United Methodist Church, located at Crenshaw Blvd/Palos Verdes Drive North. Upon conclusion of the service, the funeral procession will proceed from the church to Green Hills Memorial Park on Western Avenue.
There will be a flyover by Air 5 during services at the church. Air 5 is large and quite loud, and is used by ESD personnel during technical rescues. The procession following the service may cause delays along PV Drive North and Western Avenue.
Traffic delays and the helicopter flyover can be expected some time between the hours of 11:00am and approximately 1:30pm.
