The Planning and Zoning Commission is holding a work session today on AO 2015-59, an ordinance amending new Title 21 to implement changes to floor area ratio requirements, heights, and residential design standards. The work session is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room 170 at 4700 Elmore Road (the Planning and Development Center). The public is welcome to attend.
