On 6/6/2015 at 09:54 Woodway officers responded to the report of three suspicious persons in the 1500 Blk of Oak Hollow. The caller reported that three black males had walked up to people's property in the area and would duck whenever vehicles passed. Officers began a search of the area and located all three subjects in the 1300 Blk of Estates at 10:08. One officer utilized our new ATV and was able to sneak up on the suspects without being noticed. They were identified as Adrian Head, Jr. (05/18/1997), Zakaree Watson (4/7/1988), and Takwon Tate (4/05/1993). One of the subjects was carrying a black backpack with heavy items inside. The subjects provided officers with inconsistent statements about their activities and the contents of the bag. Officers searched the backpack for weapons and located several boxes of ammunition, a .22 revolver handgun, gloves and a screwdriver. All three were detained at that time. Officers then began going door to door in the neighborhood attempting to locate the owner of the revolver and ammunition. Officers made their way to a residence in the 9000 block of Buckingham where they located 6 rifles and several knives in a duffle bag dropped in a back driveway. The homeowners were not home at this time. Officers then discovered the back door to the residence had been pried open. Inside the house a gun case had been pried open as well and several rifles, handguns, and ammunition were missing. The homeowner was contacted and all property was returned. The three subjects were arrested for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Burglary of a Habitation, and Theft of a Firearm.
