Arrest made in February 10th robbery at TD Bank. 
Swanton Police Investigators have charged Matthew Reynolds (26) of St. Albans, for the 02-10-2015 Bank Robbery at the TD Bank in Swanton. Investigators revealed that Reynolds had called in a bomb threat at MVU High school moments before he robbed the bank. Reynolds will be in Franklin District Court on 06/08/2015 for the charges.
