On June 8, 2015 at approximately 1:58 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy located at 14835 Sunny Dell Lane (Noblesville). Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.

Initial information from the caller alleges that a subject came into the store and presented a note to employees in the pharmacy. As a result, employees provided the suspect with items from the pharmacy and the suspect then reportedly fled the scene. Witnesses stated that they observed the suspect flee on foot towards the Krogers located just east of the CVS. The witness(es) were then able to provide a vehicle description, license plate number and direction of travel. It was reported that the vehicle traveled south on Hazel Dell Road and then west on 146th Street.

At approximately 2:09 p.m., officers from the Carmel Police Department located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle in the area of Keystone Parkway and Carmel Drive (Carmel). A total of four (4) occupants were located in the vehicle and all were questioned by NPD investigators.

Name: Daniel L. Holland
Age: 24
Residence: Indianapolis, IN
Charge(s)*: Robbery (I.C. 35-42-5-1[2])

All three (3) suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
