05/27/15 WTPD arrested Erin Czarnecki, age 53, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/27/15 at approximately 1:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a noise complaint in the 40 block of Lambert ST. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Czarnecki being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. She was issued a summons with a court date.

05/27/15 WTPD arrested Adam Fecso, age 28, of Hackettstown NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Fesco was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

05/28/15 WTPD arrested William Shannon, age 33, of Washington NJ, for theft of moveable property. On 05/26/15 an officer investigated the theft of a credit card from a residence in the first block of Pohatcong Dr. in Washington Township. The investigation led to Mr. Shannon being charged with theft of moveable property. Mr. Shannon was processed and released with a court date.

05/28/15 WTPD arrested Robert Suazzo, age 56, of Bridgewater NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Suazzo was processed and released with a new court date.

05/28/15 WTPD arrested Deborah Roe, age 49, of Washington NJ, for distribution of narcotics in the Washington Borough area following an investigation involving the Warren County Prosecutor's Office and the Washington Township Police Department. Ms. Roe was involved in the distribution of (CDS) cocaine and prescription drugs. Ms. Roe was arrested without incident and charged with the Distribution of Cocaine and Prescription Drugs, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Prescription Drugs, Possession of Cocaine and Obtaining Prescription Drugs by Fraud. Ms. Roe was issued a summons for all her charges and given a mandatory court appearance.

05/29/15 WTPD arrested Michael Gallagher, age 28, of Washington NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. Mr. Gallagher was processed and released with a new court date.

05/30/15 WTPD arrested Anthony Felici, age 19, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct, harassment and bias intimidation stemming from two incidents occurring in Washington Township and Washington Borough involving a juvenile male. Mr. Felici was processed and released with a court date.

05/31/15 at approximately 9:23 PM WTPD patrol responded to a residence in the 20 block of Mine Hill Rd. in Oxford Township, NJ for a structure fire. Upon the officer’s arrival, a heavy smoke condition was observed. Prior to patrol’s arrival, all occupants had safely exited the residence.

The fire companies from Oxford Township, Washington Borough, Belvidere, Tri-County, Hackettstown, Liberty Township, Independence Township and Mansfield Township responded to battle the blaze. The Oxford, Washington and Independence Emergency Squads also responded.

The fire was determined to be accidental and caused by a blocked dryer vent.

05/31/15 WTPD arrested Helena Jones, age 29, of Flanders NJ, for simple assault. Ms. Jones was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

05/31/15 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner Jr., age 48, of Oxford NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law. Mr. Gardner was processed and released with a court date.

05/31/15 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner 3rd , age 23, of Oxford NJ, for simple assault and contempt of a Superior Court order. Mr. Gardner was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/01/15 WTPD arrested Caitlyn Sciarrotta, age 26, of Washington NJ for a $2500.00 outstanding warrant out of Flemington Borough. Ms. Sciarrotta was processed and turned over to Flemington PD.
