On June 10, 2015, a search warrant was executed at 27 Green Street. Washington, New Jersey after a one month undercover narcotics investigation was conducted by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the Washington Township Police Department into reports of the two above stated individuals distributing heroin. Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force Officers from the Blairstown Township Police Department, Independence Township Police Department, Greenwich Township Police Department, New Jersey State Police and the Warren County Tactical Response Team assisted as well. Both Vickerman and Cittadino were arrested on this date.

Travis J. Vickerman is charged with:

1. Two (2) counts of Possession with intent to distribute heroin, a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-5b(1)
2. Two (2) counts of distribution of heroin within 1,000 ft of a school zone , a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-7
3. Two (2) counts of possession of a heroin, a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-10a(1).

Christa Cittadino is charged with:

1. One (1) count of distribution of heroin, a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-5b(1).
2. One (1) count of Possession with intent to distribute heroin. A third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-5b(1).
3. Two (2) count of Possession of heroin, a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:35-10a(1).
4. Two (2) counts of Conspiracy to distribute heroin, a third degree crime in violation of N.J.S.A 2C: 5-2A(1)/2C:35-5b(1).
5. two (2) count of conspiracy to distribute heroin within 1,000 feet of a school zone, a third degree offense in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:5-2a/2C:35-7

Each third degree crime carries a maximum penalty of up to five (5) years in new Jersey State Prison.

Vickerman was lodged in the Warren County Correctional Center in default of $10,000 bail no ten percent option. First appearance before Warren County Superior Court Judge was scheduled for Thursday June 11, 2015 at the Warren County Superior Court House.

Cittadino was loged in the Warren County Correctional Center in default of $20,000 bail no ten percent option. First appearance before Warren County Superior Court Judge was scheduled for Thursday June 11, 2015 at the Warren County Superior Court House.
