Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Major Crimes Unit are attempting to locate a person of interest in the shooting death of Jamal Spratley on June 6, 2015. Detectives wish to speak with Datavius Harris, who goes by the nickname of “Junior” and is known to frequent the City of Portsmouth. Harris is believed to have vital information in this case.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Datavius Harris is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP℠. Callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court. Callers could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
